Warranty Terms

We provide the following warranty terms for products purchased from Phoneplacekenya:

• Manufacturer Warranty: Any warranty is provided by the product manufacturer, unless stated otherwise. In the event of defects, repairs are handled by the manufacturer’s authorized service center or our official partners.
• Warranty Confirmation: Before purchasing, please confirm with our staff whether your product includes a local warranty. Not all products come with a warranty, and some are sold on an “as is” basis.
• Return Policy: We accept returns only within 24 hours of purchase, and the product must be faulty. Non-faulty products or products returned after 24 hours will not be accepted.
• Warranty Limitations: Warranties do not cover hardware or physical damages, such as screen breakage, water damage, or other user-induced issues.
• No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for items under warranty. Defective products under warranty are subject to repair or replacement by the manufacturer.

• Service Center Assistance: If you are unable to reach the manufacturer’s service center, we can assist in delivering the product to the service center on your behalf. This process may take between 7 and 30 days, depending on the manufacturer’s service timelines.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the agreed timelines, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
