1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Kenya, including major cities and towns. Outside Nairobi, delivery is done with our trusted couriers.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Nairobi & Outside CBD:
Same-day delivery in Nairobi for orders before 1 pm.Other Towns:
Outside Nairobi: Delivery within 24 hours via our trusted courier partners.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, traffic, or courier delays.
3. Delivery Charges
Nairobi: FREE
Other Counties: Calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight/size.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Generations Electronics is not responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by your local authorities. All such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
🔄 RETURNS POLICY
1. Defective Items
If you believe you have received a defective item:
- Contact our support +254 715 273 273 with your order product details and a description of the defect.
- You may also visit our shop for in-person assistance.
2. Warranty Requirements
- Returns must be made within 4 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive the returned product:
- It will be inspected to verify the defect.
- You will be notified by phone within a reasonable timeframe regarding your warranty eligibility
3. Warranty Policy
If approved under warranty:
The product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost
4. Shipping Return
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping
Replacement items will be shipped after the inspection is completed and warranty approval is confirmed
