I have not received my order, where is it?

When will I get my order?
| If within Nairobi, your order will be delivered on the same day if order is placed before 4PM and next day for orders after 4PM. If outside Nairobi, the order will be delivered within 24 hours |
When are you open?
| We are open from Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday and public holidays. |
Do I need to be there to sign for the delivery?
| Yes. You will need to sign off on your delivery unless communicated otherwise |
