At Generations Electronics and Allied Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth, secure, and satisfactory. Please read our Delivery & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 DELIVERY POLICY
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Kenya, including major cities and towns. Orders outside urban areas may take longer depending on logistics availability.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Nairobi & Environs: Same-day or next-day delivery (for orders placed before 2 PM).
Other Towns: 1–3 business days.
Remote Areas: 3–5 business days (depending on courier coverage).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, traffic, or courier delays.
3. Delivery Charges
Nairobi: FREE
Other Counties: Calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight/size.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order or contact our support team for updates.
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here’s how returns work:
1. Eligibility for Return
You may return a product if:
It is damaged, defective, or not as described
You notify us within 7 days of delivery
It is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and software licensing reasons, the following are not returnable unless defective:
Earphones/headphones (once unsealed)
Opened software
Gift cards or digital products
3. Return Process
Email us at chat [@] gea.ke with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
If approved, you may return the item via courier or drop it off at our designated pickup point.
4. Refunds
Once we inspect and approve your returned item, refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days via your original payment method (M-Pesa, card, etc.)
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for defective or wrongly shipped items, subject to availability.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
